Freight Course 101 Masterclass

By enrolling in Freight Course 101 (the “Course”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Course Access

  • Your course access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or providing your login credentials to others is strictly prohibited.

    Freight Course 101 reserves the right to revoke access without refund if any misuse is detected. This includes, but is not limited to, the unauthorized sharing or disclosure of course content—whether verbally, through written or digital communication, or by any other means—especially if such information is used by competitors or for commercial purposes against the company.

2. Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of enrollment.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Prices may change during promotions, but the amount paid at enrollment is final.

3. Learning Commitment

  • You are responsible for completing the lessons, exercises, and activities provided.

  • Results are not guaranteed and depend solely on your effort, consistency, and application of what you learn.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All Course materials—including videos, slides, templates, and PDFs—are the intellectual property of Freight Course 101.

  • Reproduction, resale, distribution, or modification of any materials is strictly prohibited.

  • Violations may result in removal from the Course and possible legal action.

5. Support & Communication

  • Official support is available through our community group and/or support email.

  • Response time may vary, but our team aims to reply within 24–48 hours.

  • By enrolling, you agree to receive emails and updates related to the Course.

6. Certification

  • Yes, we provide a Certificate of Completion for our Freight brokerage and dispatch masterclass but only to students who successfully completed the quizzes inside the portal.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Freight Course 101 provides training and guidance but does not guarantee specific results, income, or client acquisition.

  • We are not liable for business losses, missed opportunities, or technical issues beyond our control.
